USA.- Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs want to impose fashion in the NFL. Kansas City is showing that it has the material to become a winning franchise that is continually contending for the Vince Lombardi trophy in a Super Bowl.

The Chiefs will play their fourth straight AFC Championship Game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, all at Arrowhead Stadium.

Mahomes and company have shown in the last five years that they can be the new dynasty of the NFL. Patrick is just 26 years old and in his fourth season as the Chiefs' starter.

The odds place them at this time as favorites to win Super Bowl LVI next February, and in addition, Patrick and company want revenge, because they lost last year against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

GO FOR THREE SUPER BOWLS

The Chiefs are seeking this weekend to reach a ticket to link three visits to the Super Bowl, something that since the Super Sunday game began only three other franchises in history have achieved: Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots, all from the American Conference and from the same division (East).

MIAMI DOLPHINS

The franchise led by coach Don Shula reached three consecutive Super Bowls in the early 1970s.

In 1972 they lost to the Dallas Cowboys, but later in Super Bowl VII and VIII they managed to lift the champion trophy against Washington and Minnesota.

They became the first franchise to win tickets to three Super Bowls in a row.

BUFFALO BILLS

The Bills made history in the 1990s by becoming the first franchise to make it to four consecutive Super Bowls, and they also managed to set a record, but a losing one.

Turns out the team led by quarterback Jim Kelly couldn't win any of those Super Bowls.

They fell in SB XXV, XXVI, XXVII and XVIII, the first two against the New York and Washington Giants, and the last two against the Dallas Cowboys.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Tom Brady's New England Patriots were the last franchise to make it to 3 or more Super Bowls in a row.

They made stops at Super Bowls LI, LII and LIII, winning two of them.

They beat Atlanta, succumbed to Philadelphia and then beat the Los Angeles Rams.
