Grammy 2022: The awards have a new date and place
The show must go on... con una nueva fecha y lugar! La Academia de la Grabación anunció el martes que la 64ª entrega anual de los premios Grammy, organizada por Trevor Noah de The Daily Show, se ha reprogramado para el domingo 3 de abril y se llevará a cabo en el MGM Grand Garden Arena de Las Vegas.

The show was originally scheduled for January 31 at Crypto.com sand of Los Angeles, but postponed earlier this month."After careful consideration and analysis with city and state officials, health and safety experts, the community of artists and our many partners, the Recording Academy and CBS have postponed the 64th annual delivery of Grammy awards," they saidThe Recording Academy and CBS in a joint statement on January 5.
"The health and safety of the members of our musical community, the live audience and the hundreds of people who work tirelessly to produce our program remain our main priority," the statement continued."Given the uncertainty surrounding the OMICRON variant, perform the program on January 31 simply contains too many risks".
The Grammy 2022 will be broadcast live at 8 p.m.ET by the CBS television network.The ceremony will also be available live and on demand at Paramount+.
