The Mexican designer shared photos of Mac Cosmetics showing the makeup process of the models, which were to resemble "indigenous", "feminist" and "protest" styles.

Mexico City, October 15 (SinEmbargo).- Users expressed their outrage on social networks after the Mac Cosmetics brand and Mexican designer Carla Fernández showed makeup proposals to have an "indigenous look".

Within the framework of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico, where Fernández presented its “Fashion Manifesto in Resistencia” collection, the Mac Cosmetics Mexico [collaborator of the parade] uploaded some photographs on its Instagram account in which the process showedof makeup of some of the models.

However, users stressed that cosmetics presented its makeup proposal under the intention of creating an "indigenous look", "feminist look" and "protest look".

Although, both Mac Cosmetics Mexico's account and Carla Fernández deleted the photographs of their stories on Instagram, the material was widely spread on social networks, whose users expressed their outrage;as well as teasing to the designer for her decision.

In addition to the sample of the makeup processes to the models, Carla Fernández's Instagram showed a photograph of the "indigenous look": shares and dresses bordered by flowers, hair tied with two braids;as well as black delineated and shadow.

In 2010, the Cosmetics of Canadian origin was critical since it presented a “inspired” makeup line in the dead of Juarez.
