The supermodel can be seen sporting the brand's famous bunny ears and black leotard as she poses for the cover of Playboy magazine's 60th anniversary issue.
Kate completed the look with heels and a fluffy train in front of the coveted photo shoot in what the magazine called an "unprecedented" 18-page feature.
The then 39-year-old looked sexier than ever in honor of Playboy's diamond birthday, which also included a Q&A with legendary Welsh singer Tom Jones.
Playboy Editorial Director Jimmy Jellinek couldn't be more excited to have Moss help celebrate the big occasion for the famed men's magazine.
He said at the time: "Having Kate Moss, a global icon and the biggest supermodel of the last 25 years, appearing on our cover makes this issue the perfect way to launch the next 60 years of Playboy."

The mother-of-one underscored the confidence she feels in her body when she posed nude for the St Tropez tanning giants.
The gorgeous model shows off her toned and tanned body as she gazes seductively into the camera as she lies on her stomach next to a pool with sprawling blue skies and seas visible over the curves of her figure.
She also posed poolside in a plunging white bathing suit for the shoot.
