italian glamor
In order to celebrate life and have a positive spirit, the new collection from the house founded by Salvatore Ferragamo, called "the shoemaker to the stars" in Hollywood , was presented at Milan Fashion Week to celebrate tradition and present.
The bright designs are inspired by summer evenings, a rainbow after rain, the horizon when the light changes. a sense of timeless beauty combined with the Italian know-how that has made Ferragamo world famous.
Thus, in the popular Rotonda della Besana, in Milan, with mirrors and columns, the models were reflected from various angles, showing the sensuality that exists in day-to-day clothing.
The silhouettes are inspired by the cinema of the 60s and 70s, with all the charge of sexual liberation, as well as the functionality of garments made of cotton, silk, wool, linen and hemp.
The predominant tones are bright , especially yellow and orange, based on nature, natural tones and saturated ones.
Special mention for the tiger prints, which take center stage in many of the garments. You can also see a collaboration with the Parisian artist Julien Colombier to return to foulards from the 70s incorporated into these new pieces, either in a dress or a hat.
