From the City Council they point out that the calendar of actions depends on the company that develops the works, so it will be signaling and noticeing possible cuts or incidents as the works evolve.Urbanization, budgeted in 915.225 euros, the construction and proxectos were hired to the construction company.The project is financed with municipal funds (67%) and a help from the Diputación.
Once the urbanization is finished, the cost will be distributed among the affected owners, who will receive a proportional part of buildable land as a counterpart.If any declines to pay the corresponding fee, the land will become municipal on the necessary surface to cover expenses.In those cases, the City Council may offer it at the time to promoters or get it auction.There are at least four contentious filed against the execution of the project C, demands that at the moment do not affect its development.
