Carilo Designers Edition | What left the most anticipated fashion show of the season
A new edition of the Cariló Designers Edition fashion show was held, the exclusive event that sets trends every summer and that brings together renowned personalities from the world of fashion, politics and entertainment at the Cariló Golf tourist complex in the coastal department of Pinamar.
Despite the bad weather forecast for the beginning of the second half of January, after 5:30 p.m. hundreds of guests connected with the iconic forest that characterizes the Cariló Golf course to enjoy an afternoon full of fashion and glamour.
Led by Olivia Grunewald, a singer-songwriter known artistically as Olivia Wald, the guests of the exclusive event approached the catwalk area to the beat of the music, where the chairs reserved for the parade produced by Guillermo Azar with the support of of Violetta Cosmetics.
Immediately afterwards, the catwalk was filled with trends and while the guests were delighted with the catering and the cocktails offered on the premises. The guests were delighted with the presentation of more than 45 pieces from the collections of renowned fashion designers Benito Fernández, Fabian Zitta and VEVÛ by Suami Delelis.
In this way, there was a symbiosis between the airs of glamor that characterize the already traditional summer parade with the individual responsibility of the attendees, who respected the health protocols in view of the coronavirus pandemic.
“This is fundamental”, highlighted Nelson Valimbri, General Director of Cariló Golf, and explained that “these events are a good opportunity to show that we can have a good time with caution to continue taking care of each other and enjoying ourselves”.

The Cariló Designers Edition collections
Fabian Zitta
This is the second time that Fabián Zitta has appeared at #CarilóDesignerEditions, and this time he presented Giros, a pret a couture capsule with evening dresses. With details on the corsets such as elastic bands, pins, rings through which pleated keels pass that intersect to further outline the body. These delicate works are contrasted with asymmetric layers and overskirts with a lot of flight that achieve an enveloping silhouette.
As for the colors, Zitta chose nude, aquamarine, lavender, lilac combined with steel and silver. To bring Giros to life, he opted for materials such as crepe de chine, organza, silk satin and natural silk with satin finishes. In this capsule, sheepskin harnesses were also seen in each of the creations, which is the great hallmark of the designer.
VEVU
VEVÛ presented BOND, its capsule collection inspired by the protagonists of the 3 versions of the movie CASINO ROYALE. Cunning, intelligent, daring, brave and beautiful women.
According to Suami, the designer, “everything a woman needs to conquer the world”. The designed pieces have impressive volumes, materials and textures, in gold, ivory and black colors that narrate the magic and elegance of the women in those films.

After the coronavirus pandemic, Benito once again bet on Haute Couture. The colorful dresses regained prominence with a variety that ranged from yellow and lilac to red.
As is characteristic of Benito, the fabrics used were natural silks mixed with embroidery or metal mesh. The paillette shorts also continued with the silk kimonos, the designer's classics. Benito chooses the strong woman with a great personality who always seeks to highlight her spirit.
