The General Directorate of Traffic launches a new communication campaign with the aim of promoting the use of airbags among motorcyclists and encourages turning this garment into the star gift of the upcoming Christmas holidays under the slogan "give a airbag who you love the most".
The campaign aims to "make life fashionable" and, as if it were a fashion ad, encourage the acquisition and use of this garment that is still unknown today. As a cornerstone, it has a making of, fashion film style, where we can see how the images of its advertising have been taken, taken just at the moment where a motorcyclist suffers an impact with his motorcycle.
A "fashion collection" whose objective is to save lives
The DGT has just launched a new communication campaign with which it aims to raise awareness both among motorcycle drivers and family members and friends of the same, of the use of the vest with airbag. A device that could save the lives of many motorists and reduce the consequences of accidents.
At Motorpasion MotoThe DGT listens to the biker associations: it studies canceling the mandatory motorcycle airbag by 2026
The campaign video is quite explicit, beginning with a slogan that is almost as impressive as the images: "Fashion is ephemeral, but there is something that never goes out of style: living".
The video, created as if it were a fashion campaign shoot for any clothing brand, shows us the frontal impact of a motorcyclist who is thrown into the air and crashes to the ground. While this is happening, we can read messages that try to make citizens aware of the use of airbags, ending with a slogan, to give one of these at Christmas to the people you love the most.
