Tamara Falcó (Madrid, 1981) has forever shaken off the posh girl label that accompanied her for more than 30 years. Her time on MasterChef Celebrity (TVE) was a transformative catharsis when she discovered her vocation: the winner of the fourth edition of the program continued in the kitchen in front of the camera in Cocina al punto with Tamara and Peña, also on TVE, and has graduated as chef at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu haute cuisine school. On September 29, Tamara exhibited her diploma accompanied by Isabel Preylser, Mario Vargas Llosa, and her boyfriend, the engineer and businessman Íñigo Onieva.
Barely two weeks later, she presented her book Las recetas de mi madre's house (Espasa) flanked by none other than María Ritter, director of Guía Repsol. It was not a whim or an extravagance: finally, after trying various paths with irregular luck, the Marquise de Griñón discovered in gastronomy a passion capable of being carried out professionally.
In recent months, her facet as a businesswoman has been rewarded with sponsorships previously unthinkable. Porcelanosa, a house whose image is inextricably associated with her mother, has trusted Tamara with her range of kitchen furniture. And if his artistic side finds a place in the Swiss multinational Nestlé, for whom he has designed a box of chocolates, his culinary skills have allowed him to cook for Bra together with Martín Berasategui.
In addition to being the subject of the desire of leading firms, she has her own textile line, TFM (her initials), whose models can be purchased online. In addition to his facet as the image of Sisley and ambassador of Ruinart, collaborations with Opi and the Ritz hotel chain have been added.
On Instagram we see how they choose her from Mercedes to Glovo through the luxury trips of Discover Soneva. She even raffles items from fashion brands among her 1.2 million followers. Another of her most popular aspects is that of a designer at Tous, a jewelry company for whom she has created, among other pieces, a collection dedicated to the Virgin.
Money calls for money, they say, and being on the crest of the wave is a magnet for all kinds of capital: the Marquesa de Griñón today constitutes such a profitable investment that even the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha, of which she is ambassador, sponsored her 40th birthday party. It is not for nothing that the Pagos de Griñón vineyard and olive industry, founded by her father, is based in Toledo. Organized by Telva magazine at the Santoña palace in Madrid on November 20, Tamara reciprocated by increasing the echo of her work as a promoter of tourism, crafts and products from the region, whose best food was tasted that night.
Tamara has figured as administrator of two companies: the Seconds Collection textile, with sales worth 272,085 euros at the end of 2020, although our protagonist disassociated herself from it in 2007. More recent is Gypset Living (formerly Falcó Preysler SL ) with registered office in the family home in Puerta de Hierro where Isabel Preysler and Vargas Llosa live. Created in 2012, this micro-enterprise manages Tamara's own image.
Regarding her real estate assets, the Marquise de Griñón is listed as the owner of Aldea del Fresno (Madrid), where the palace with a 123-hectare estate that Carlos Falcó bequeathed to his children is located, and at the beginning of 2021 he announced that he had bought a house in the exclusive The Collection development, designed by the A-Cero studio directed by Joaquín Torres.
