Twenty young promises of national tennis will meet at the Medellín Campestre Club in search of academic scholarships in the United States, which guarantees them entry into the competitive university circuit of that country.
This is the first time that a tennis showcase is performed in Colombia.In the event, which will be held between tomorrow and Sunday, young athletes will have the opportunity to be observed by coaches and cazatalentos of the USA.UU.
“The boys will play a tournament under the UTR international system (measurement that classifies and scores all the players of the world in a single points scale) and the scope will be greater because the matches will be recorded and uploaded to the world platform of Tennis Analycs,where more than 100 university coaches can observe the Colombian talent, ”says Daniel Hernández, of the Organizing Committee.
One of the tennis players will make the Yarumaleño Emmanuel Henao, who indicated that he hopes to obtain good performance to "open doors in other places".The day begins with an academic agenda
