Galilea Montijo: how much does the clothes worn by the Televisa star cost?
Galilea Montijo is one of the hosts who constantly causes people to talk about various topics, one of which is the flashy clothes she wears on the program Hoy de Televisa. Although the price of it is not less than thousand Mexican pesos nor does it exceed 10 thousand .
One of the last looks that the presenter from Guadalajara showed off was a black dress with an illustration of a leopard that costs 4 thousand Mexican pesos, accompanied by black sneakers.
The television presenter constantly shares on her official Instagram account where her clothes and accessories such as earrings, necklaces and even bags come from. She has caused all kinds of reactions and on multiple occasions she is questioned about the origin of her dresses, skirts, blazers and more.
Something that Internet users have found very curious is that several of their pieces are from “Latin Gal”, a clothing store that is from Montijo, there is an online store and a store physical that is located in the State of Mexico. Several of her fans have made some comments about it: "How beautiful you look", "All your clothes look great on you", "Where do you get your clothes?", "You are a goddess", "You look divine", "How proud that you have your own clothing line", among others.
There was one exception with her outfit for the Men's GQ gala, where she wore a dress designed by David Koma from the fall-winter 2016 collection, which was approximately between 44 thousand and up to 82 thousand Mexican pesos. It is important to mention that the garment had previously been worn by model Gigi Hadid at the Guys Choice Awards 5 years ago.
The above caused controversy, although on different occasions it has generated controversy due to various circumstances, one of the main reasons has been because of the lifestyle she leads and because she considers herself a fan of fashion.
Another of her outfits that caught the attention of internet users was a set with which she posed for social networks last October. The publication received more than 67,000 "likes" and various personalities wrote about the outfit, which consisted of pants and a pink sequined jacket, the set has the phrase "Solve all sugar daddy problems" and it costs 8 thousand Mexican pesos.
Let's remember that when her boutique was inaugurated, Galilea said she was happy to meet one of her goals. “I wanted to be a fashion designer, her career was so expensive that there was no way to pay for it . I always wanted to be a designer, somehow I am fulfilling a dream”, confessed the star of Hoy.
She also revealed that when she lived in Guadalajara, she bought clothes in the markets and then modified them as she preferred: “I bought my clothes in bales, the bales that come from the United States, I always liked fashion, I remember it perfectly I would go to the 32nd market, there in Guadalajara and buy my clothes in bales; I have always liked clothes and I always transformed them”.
“My grandmother taught me to knit, I have said that my grandmother is behind all this, she knew that I liked fashion a lot. I used to dress in used clothes and for me to be able to do this, you have no idea what this means to me," added Galilea Montijo.
