Calp will recover the Manzanera Social Club designed by Bofill
Next to the well -known buildings the red wall, the amphitheater or xanadú, Bofill devised a recreational installation built in the 70s next to the sea that housed a restaurant, a pool area and a small jetty.It was a singular space since it is located to the terrestrial public domain that was called La Manzanera Social Club.His position exposed to marine action and long years of abandonment have led him to a state of severe deterioration.
For years, the City of Calp tries to recover this emblematic place through dedices projects that it has idommodating at the request of other administrations in order to obtain the necessary authorization to undertake the rehabilitation works.
