The parties agreed on the dates for the next meetings as follows:
-December 10, blended meeting of the Productivity Subcommittee.
-December 10, the Permanent Commission for Coordination of Salary and Labor Policies will meet in plenary to hear the reports of the Banco de la República, Dane and the Ministries of Finance and Labor.
-December 13, face-to-face forum with experts to learn about the analysis of the labor market from different perspectives.
-December 14, face-to-face meeting where the productivity subcommittee's report will be presented and the proposals from employers and workers will be officially announced.
-December 15, first legal expiration for the negotiation of the minimum wage.
It should be remembered that the negotiations of the minimum wage for 2022 will take into account other parameters apart from the traditional ones (inflation, Total Factor Productivity, Gross Domestic Product and the contribution of wages to growth) such as labor informality, incidence of poverty, fiscal sustainability, impact of contributions to social security, youth unemployment and purchasing power.
