A student at the Balearic Design School and Higher Design wins a National Prize in a new talents contest
The design student of the School of Art and Higher Design of the Balearic Islands (ESADIB), Ana Muñoz, has won the “Eco Bathroom to Sustainability of Fashion Spain 2021” with its “Homeostasis” collection with its “Homeostasis” collection.
The award is part of the IV National Edition Fashion Bathroom New Talents FashaSar.
This is a contest that seeks a more sustainable and environmental fashion.In this IV call 361 designers from 17 Autonomous Communities participated, which presented 79 proposals, which represents about 640 designs.

The student Ana Muñoz says she lives between science and fashion.He studied biotechnology at the University of Girona and after graduating in 2018, he decided to return to his hometown to study his great passion: the fashion design.He currently combines his studies at the EASDIB with his work as a work uniform designer.
He also works as a freelance of styling and graphic design.Recently she has managed to merge her two passions, investigating and developing biomaterials in a small creative experimentation laboratory that she has created, based on the trial-error.According to his own words "the future will be the sum of design, technology and sustainability".
Ana Muñoz has received support and advice from ESADIB and her professor Mar Vilalta, in the development of the "Homeostasis" collection.
